Strength that lets youmove without bracingfor the pain.

"I do not believe in the one size fits all approach." I train beginners, and women rebuilding after injury, with a routine that travels with you — wherever your week goes.

Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

Five years of training injured clients back to strength. A founding spot in my coaching roster is open now.

  • Full movement assessment before anything is programmed
  • Weekly check-ins, so the plan changes as your body does

If this sounds like you

You're not unmotivated. You've just never beenmet where you are.

You want to move without pain. You want to get through a normal day — the stairs, the groceries, the shift, the kids — without paying for it that night.

And somewhere underneath that, you want to look in the mirror and feel something other than criticism.

What you have been offered instead is a generic plan that assumed nothing hurt, that your technique was already sound, and that you had five free evenings a week. When it stopped working, you were told to try harder.

Clients are mostly looking to be able to move pain free and be able to keep up with the needs of everyday life.

The method

Cardio and strength, dosed for your body.

My training approach is a combination of cardio and strength training to help increase cardiovascular health, as well as muscle endurance and strength — built from what your body can hold today, not what a template expects.

Assessed, not assumed

Five years as a physiotherapist assistant means I look for the hip that shifts and the shoulder that shrugs before I add a single pound.

Strength that protects

Hinge, squat, press, pull, carry. Loaded conservatively, progressed in the smallest increment that still counts as progress.

Conditioning you can talk through

Cardiovascular work at an honest intensity, so your heart improves alongside your muscles instead of instead of them.

Range and control first

Depth, tempo and control come before load. That order is what makes heavier weight safe later.

Written down, reviewed weekly

The notebook is the program. Stable movements for four to six weeks so we can actually see what is working.

Recovery counts as training

Sleep, protein and daily walking are part of the dose. Soreness is a poor grade for a good session.

How it works

Meeting youwhere you're at.

  1. I

    We talk first

A conversation about your history — injuries, surgeries, what your physiotherapist cleared, what still hurts and what you actually want back.

  2. II

    We assess how you move

I watch you hinge, squat, press, pull and carry. Not to grade you. To find the limits we work inside and the compensations we retrain.

  3. III

You get a plan built for your week

Strength and cardio combined, at a dose your body and your calendar can hold. In person in Etobicoke, or online with the same structure.

  4. IV

We adjust as you get stronger

Load climbs in small increments. Hard weeks get a shorter version instead of a missed one. Nothing about the plan is fixed except the direction.

Outcomes

Built toGo Anywhere.

A routine that only works when everything goes right works about four weeks a year. Yours is built for real terrain.

01

Move pain free

Stairs, floors, car seats and top shelves stop being negotiations. Strength around a joint is what keeps it quiet.

02

Keep up with your day

Groceries, kids, shifts, errands — everyday life is the real test, so everyday life is what we train for.

03

Confidence in your own image

Feeling capable in your body is what changes how you see it. Nobody has ever gotten stronger and felt worse about themselves.

04

A routine that travels

Gym version, home version, twenty-minute version. Same principles, three formats — so travel, shift work and busy weeks don't reset you.

Questions

The honestanswers.

I don't know where to start.

That is the normal starting point, not a problem to solve before you call. You do not need a base level of fitness, a gym membership or a plan. The first session is me listening and watching how you move — then I build the first four weeks around what I saw.

I've tried programs before and they didn't stick.

Most downloadable programs assume nothing hurts, that your technique is already sound, and that you have five days a week. When those assumptions break, the plan stops working and it feels like you failed it. You didn't. A plan built around your body behaves very differently.

I don't have time to be in the gym every day.

You don't need to be. Two well-built sessions a week held for a year beats five sessions a week held for a month. Every program I write has a full version and a short version, so a busy week bends the routine instead of breaking it.

I'm working around an injury or a physical limitation.

That is the work I have done for five years as a physiotherapist assistant. We stay inside what is cleared and safe, load conservatively, and build strength past the point where the pain stopped — because that is where it stays gone.
