Two ways to train. One method behind both.

In person in Etobicoke, ON, or online wherever you are. Both start with listening to what your body will allow today, and both build strength past the point where the pain stopped.

Etobicoke, ON

In Person

Coached in the room, with eyes on every rep.

In-person training is where technique gets built properly. I watch you hinge, squat, press, pull and carry, and I correct the pattern before it becomes a habit — the hip that shifts, the shoulder that shrugs, the knee that drifts inward once fatigue arrives. For anyone working around an injury, that live feedback is the difference between progress and a flare-up.

Sessions combine cardio and strength training: cardiovascular health on one side, muscle endurance and strength on the other. Range, control and tempo come first. Load follows once the movement is honest.

Because I do not believe in the one size fits all approach, no two clients run the same session. Yours is written from your assessment, your cleared range of motion, and how the last week actually went.

What's included

  • Full movement assessment before anything is programmed
  • Hands-on technique coaching every session
  • Strength and conditioning combined in one plan
  • Load progressed in small, earned increments
  • Weekly review, with the plan adjusted to how your body responded

Online

The same structure, in a format that follows you.

Online coaching runs on the same method, written for the equipment and the time you actually have. You get the week laid out, video demonstrations for each movement, and clear targets for load, reps and tempo so nothing is guesswork.

You film your working sets, I review the footage and send back corrections. That keeps the technique standard as high as it is in the room, which matters most for the movements a rehab client cannot afford to fudge.

Every program comes in three formats: full session, short session, and a twenty-minute version for the week that goes sideways. Same principles, different terrain — so a busy stretch bends the routine instead of breaking it.

What's included

  • Video intake and movement screen
  • A written weekly plan with demonstrations
  • Form review on your uploaded sets
  • Full, short and twenty-minute versions of every week
  • Regular check-ins and accountability cadence

Your routine shouldsurvive your week.

Travel, shift work, a bad night's sleep — none of it should reset your training. Every plan I write has a version for the week you actually got.
